How could I abandon someone who likes my cooking?! I kid. I would drop you so fast. Lies. My husband is an omni, so I could never be that person who gets upset over something like this.

I appreciate your honesty because veganism is hard for a lot of people, whether they admit it or not. I've never been much of a meat-eater, myself, but I was a complete and total cheese addict. I've been vegan a year next month and I still get cravings and think to myself that nobody has to know if I munch a slice of cheese. I haven't done it, but I can't even count how many times I've thought it and how many times I've reached for the cheese and stopped just before my fingers shoveled it into my mouth. We all have our struggles and I'll support your decisions no matter what.Meghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14763403647309350618noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2551994369636725839.post-26574455600250224442011-06-05T17:59:34.495-04:002011-06-05T17:59:34.495-04:00I'm with JL. Yo...I, for one, appreciate your honesty and candor. You are right, Veganism isn't always easy despite what we may read via mini soundbytes on Twitter. If in the end you decide veganism isn't for you you have not "failed" as you have given it a very real and thoughtful effort. The most important thing is to be true to yourself and not worry about disapointig others. And, I have faith in you too :)The Vegan Versionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14104731032363373343noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2551994369636725839.post-1978725092018393852011-06-01T06:04:54.819-04:002011-06-01T06:04:54.819-04:00Frankly, I think it's great that you write abo...Frankly, I think it's great that you write about your frustrations and challenges with the vegan diet. It's not easy for everyone and the real info should be out there so others don't feel alone (not implying you should be altruistic in your blogging, by the way.)JL Goes Veganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05453508559422817221noreply@blogger.com
